A Future for Amatrice at Podere il Casale
Podere Casale has joined the initiative Un Futuro Per Amatrice. We too, with your help, we want to make our contribution to people affected by the earthquake in Italy. For a whole year, for each pasta amatriciana in our restaurant, we will be donated € 2 to the City of Amatrice (RI).
In Podere il Casale menu, a year of amatriciana for reconstruction
«All over the world, through this symbolic dish of the gastronomic history of Amatrice, we also hope to disseminate the values of solidarity and sharing of the farming culture from which it arises». Carlo Petrini, President of Terra Madre and Slow Food, starts a solidarity campaign to support the people affected by the earthquake and to think, starting from now, to their future.
With Un futuro per Amatrice (#unfuturoperamatrice ) we joined the iniziative to place in our menu the iconic dish of the devastated town and keep it for at least a year. And we ask you to choose it. For each amatriciana consumed two Euros will be donated, one by the restaurant, one by the client. The funds will be paid directly to the City of Amatrice.
Podere il Casale will also organize a special event: a dinner at our restaurant. The proceeds will be donated to the City of Amatrice. In the coming days we will give you all the information to partecipate. We invite you to support this important initiative. Thanks!
