Podere Il Casale offers a wide range of classes on the art of cooking.
We do not have a curriculum to show off. However, our guests benefit from our experience in the fields. Learn everything about ancient farmers’ culinary traditions and make them your own. Pick the best class for you: traditional Italian cuisine, pizza making or bread baking (suitable for families). The ingredients used during our cooking classes are of own production.
Bake your pizza and bread in the wood-burning oven of the Podere and season your pizza or bread as you prefer. Each class includes a guided tour of the farm (including the dairy farm).
