Extravirgin Olive Oil

Our olive groves are located in the Val d’Orcia, and each year we strive to harvest our olives as soon as they reach the right level of ripeness to produce high-quality oil full of aroma. All our olives are handpicked and immediately delivered to a nearby mill to prevent any loss of the organoleptic qualities of this precious product. The use of the cold-pressing method, where the temperature does not exceed 30°C, ensures a final product that is extra virgin olive oil – the highest possible grade.
