Honey

Our honey is cold extracted from the honeycombs and even in the most advanced stage of production the temperature of the human body is never exceeded. This is very important for the quality of our honey, since the valuable substances contained in it are not modified.

Since the work of our bees depends largely on climatic conditions, our annual production can vary enormously in both quantity and also in honey varieties.

We are very careful to take from our swarms only the right amount of honey from the hives, so that the bees can have sufficient supplies for the winter and be respected and preserved at best.
