Cheesy Fridays

Every Friday evening we await you at Podere il Casale for an event dedicated to our raw milk cheeses

You can visit our dairy and our farm and find out everything about our work! Afterwards we will go to our farm to table restaurant to start the tasting and the dinner based on the world of cheeses!

Here is the program:

– 18:30: Tour of the farm with Ulysses and visit to the dairy

– 7.30 pm: guided tasting of our raw milk cheeses at the restaurant (7 types)

4-course dinner with 4 wines in combination
