Here is the menu for Easter day:

• Our welcome with a selection of raw milk cheeses from the farm
• Caramelized pork liver, spinach puree, lovage seeds and dill mustard
• Artichoke pie, pecorino cream, ham from our pigs, lettuce sprouts and crunchy almonds
• Malfatti with turnip tops, cardoon cream, hazelnuts and aniseed goat sausage
• Lamb roulade demiglace with vegetables, ginger carrots, sautéed chard and feta cheese
• Ricottamisu in egg shell
