Cheesy Fridays

This springtime we are waiting for you at Podere il Casale for an event completely dedicated to our raw milk cheeses.

Every Friday you can visit our dairy at 6.00PM: you will find out everything about our company, the animals, the cheese and the milk cycle.

We will then go to our farm to table restaurant where you will begin the tasting journey starting from the platter of our cheeses and continuing with the milk supply chain themed dinner.

Here is the program:

– 6.00PM: Tour of the farm with Ulysses and visit to the dairy

– 7.30PM: at the restaurant

Guided tasting of our raw milk cheeses (7 types)

4 course dinner in a SOCIAL TABLE/ SHARED TABLE ALL TOGETHER

Salad from our garden
Crunchy ravioli
Grilled Tomino
Sheep milk with salted caramel

4 matching wines (Macerato with cheeses, Antiope with salad, Fante with ravioli, Regio with tomino)

All inclusive cost: € 70.-/pp including cover charge, water and coffee and all activities
