Podere Il Casale will be at Cheese 2017 the Slow Food event dedicated to quality cheeses. This year the password will be: raw milk cheeses!
Cheese 2017 will be held in Bra (CN) from Friday 15th and Sunday, 18th September 2017 from 10am to 24pm, Monday from 10am to 8.30pm.
Every day there will be something new to do, to know and to taste.
Cheese 2017 returns to focus on raw milk. The great friday afternoon conference will be dedicated to raw milk cheese, open to all small scale producers, technicians, and the public interested to learn more about topic.

Podere Il Casale will be at the Italian Market with sheep’s and goat’s raw milk cheese produced in our dairy in Pienza. The milk we use is that of our flock that grazes every day in the meadows surrounding the farm where precious spontaneous herbs grow. LEARN MORE
Cheese 2017: useful info
For its 11th edition, the layout of Cheese will look similar to past years: There will be free events taking place in the streets, squares, and courtyards of Bra’s historic center, where you’ll find the Cheese Market, the Biodiversity House, the Great Hall of Cheese, the Enoteca, the Natural area (new this year, dedicated to cheese, cured meats, wine and bread free of commercial starter cultures, nitrites, nitrates and other artificial additives), the beer and food truck square, two cinemas hosting Cheese on the Screen, the Taste Library, the Taste Workshops, conference spaces, the main stage and other venues for hosting members of Slow Food both old and new.
The Italian and international marketplace is open every day from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.
The Presidia Street is open the same hours, from 10am to 8:30 pm.
Street food, food trucks, the Beer Square and Pizza Square are open Friday to Sunday, from noon to midnight, and Monday from noon to 8:30 pm.
