Podere Il Casale’s Organic Grape Juice from the Harvest to the Glass
This year, part of the grapes harvested at our Podere Il Casale took a special path, different from traditional winemaking: they became organic grape juice—a genuine, natural product that captures all the freshness of our harvest.
The Production Process
The grape juice is made from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes, chosen for their sweetness and aromatic qualities during harvest.
The berries are gently crushed and immediately pressed to obtain a clear, fragrant liquid.
Processing takes place at low temperatures and without the addition of sugars, colorings, or preservatives: just grapes, in their purest form.
The result is a natural, non-alcoholic juice, perfect for anyone seeking a healthy alternative to wine or other sugary beverages.
It can be enjoyed by both adults and children at any time of the day!
