Our farm restaurant Podere Il Casale is perfectly integrated with life on the farm and is the last link in our supply chain.
Our restaurant’s kitchen uses organic ingredients from our farm that are on sale at our on-site shop or online.
We offer seasonal vegetables, meat from our farms or trusted Tuscan suppliers.
The fresh pasta is homemade. Extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, honey, saffron and some of the wines on the wine menu come from our own production.
