Our Farm Restaurant at  Podere Il Casale is perfectly integrated with the farm life and it is the last link in our supply chain.
Our Kitchen uses Organic Ingredients from our farm! You can also find them on sale in our on-site shop or in our online-shop.
We offer seasonal vegetables, meat from our farms or trusted Tuscan suppliers.
The fresh pasta is homemade. Extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, honey, saffron and some of the wines on the wine menu come from our own production.
