In our organic farm, time is marked by the rhythm of nature. When planning our work, we prioritize the respect towards the farm ecosystem over the common practices of traditional agriculture, which are driven by (only apparent) profit. Our farm has its own restaurant, Farm-to-Table, a small campsite with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills, a dairy farm, a kitchen area where cooking classes take place and an on-site shop providing fresh organic products every day.
