Our Organic Balsamic Dressing is produced by the slow cooking on a direct fire of the must of the organic Sangiovese grape from our vineyards and wine vinegar.
Thanks to its density, it goes perfectly with aged cheeses, particularly tasty meats and even fresh fruit and sweets due to its low acidity level.
