The topic of this month is “the marzolino-cheese”, you will find fresh cheeses produced from the milk of March, when the animals are able to graze again out on the spring fields, which is known for it’s quality since ancient times.
To taste them at the best we suggest you to have a look on the guided tasting held by Ulisse our dairy man who will introduce you them one by one, it has been published on Saturday 10th of April .
All of our raw milk cheeses are organic. Our lovely cheese selection box contains 1,6kg of typical and characteristic of this month.
