Caserecce – Organic durum wheat whole grain

The ancient organic grains grown on the company give rise to our pasta which is produced with artisanal processing techniques thanks to which it is possible to reintroduce the wheat germ. This production method boasts many advantages, including greater digestibility, the full taste of the wheat flavor and above all that true porosity which is the great secret to marrying it well with any type of sauce. Our pasta almost never loses its “al dente” point thanks to bronze drawing and slow drying at very low temperatures. This kind of pasta is perfect for almost all sauces and is loved by children for its shape. It also lends itself very well to pasta salads or casseroles.
