The Clover is a honey of early summer (end of June) of light color, produced with field flowers, from delicate sweetness, without a strong aftertaste.
The organoleptic properties of clover honey are defined by its light colour, delicate and floral taste, fresh and subtle aroma, soft and liquid texture, which becomes creamy with crystallization.
Origin of honey: Italy
Artisanal processing, not pasteurized.
Delicate, sweet and floral flavor. Perfect as a sweetener for tea, yogurt and to combine with aged cheeses.
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry environment, preferably in the dark at a temperature of not less than 20°C.
