Our coriander honey is harvested in June.
Coriander is an annual aromatic plant, similar to parsley with small white or pink flowers.
Honey made with “Coriander” flowers has a light amber or pale orange color and a sweet flavor with spicy notes, with notes reminiscent of coconut or caramel.
Origin of honey: Italy
Artisanal processing, not pasteurized.
A honey called special a “special” honey very appreciated in the kitchen, for biscuits and cakes. Excellent pairing with aged and semi-aged cheeses.
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry environment, preferably in the dark at a temperature of not less than 20°C.
