Our chestnut honey is the darkest honey of this transparent caramel color selection. If you’ve never tried chestnut honey, you don’t know what you’ve been missing so far. It is probably one of the most distinctive honeys available on the market. Sweet, but at the same time with an almost earthy or vegetable note, it goes perfectly with aged cheeses, ricotta or in bread recipes for example.
A perfect contrast is given by our linden honey, with a light and uniform color. During flowering, which occurs in the month of June, the linden gives off an intense and inebriating scent. Sweet and aromatic taste, perfect in combination with a cheese or to flavor an evening herbal tea thanks to its naturally calming properties.
Our millefiori honey is instead our “all-rounder”, ideal for breakfast, pastry and also to sweeten hot drinks.
