Description

Our organic Antiope 2019 is our “everyday” rosé, with an immediate approach to drink on your terrace. However, without easy and pugnacious opulences, playing on the floral side of the Sangiovese grape. It is an excellent expression of our land with its mineral soils.

The rosé wine shows a nice pink with a tendency towards onion peel. The profile is aromatic, full of citrus notes with floral and herbaceous hints. The mouth is an explosion of citrus and iodine, and it remains crunchy and fresh in the mouth with an almost sapid finish.

Fermentation: Indigenous yeasts in pyramidal steel tanks

Aging: 10 months in cement barrels and amphorae
