The Honey of Millefiori is a honey of early spring (harvest April/ May) of golden yellow color, produced with field flowers and orchards in bloom. With a delicate and floral flavor, sometimes fruity, fresh and subtle aroma, soft and liquid texture.
Origin of honey: Italy
Artisanal processing, not pasteurized.
We recommend the honey of millefiori as a sweetener for drinks, yogurt and is very popular in combination with semi-aged and aged cheeses.
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry environment, preferably in the dark at a temperature of not less than 20°C.
