We harvest our wildflower honey in early spring, between April and May. It comes from blooming field flowers and fruit trees.
Its golden-yellow color and soft, liquid texture make it a favorite for everyday use.
With a delicate floral flavor and hints of fresh fruit, this spring honey offers a light, fragrant aroma that reflects the natural richness of the Tuscan countryside.

Artisanal processing, not pasteurized.
We recommend our wildflower honey as a natural sweetener for tea, herbal infusions, and yogurt.
It also pairs exceptionally well with semi-aged and aged cheeses, enhancing their flavor with its delicate floral notes.
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry environment, preferably in the dark at a temperature of not less than 20°C.
