Pici are a typical shape of pasta from southern Tuscany similar to spaghetti but wider, which contain the smell and flavor of the Sienese countryside.

This shape of pasta, which has a larger surface than spaghetti, is particularly suitable for “creamy” sauces that adhere well, for example sauces based on cream, fish or pesto.

Our organic durum wheat whole grain pasta does not lose its “al dente” point thanks to the bronze drawing and slow drying.
